Delivery


Ceau Store lampshades are handmade to order in London. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your lampshade to be handcrafted. Once ready your order will be shipped within 1 working day. 

If you require your order urgently please email Emily at ceaustore@gmail.com to see what is possible. 

Orders within the UK are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 24 and take between 1-2 days to arrive. This service is £6.50.


Unfortunately orders cannot be posted to PO Box addresses. 

Items will be shipped once payment for the order has cleared.

Payment is accepted on the website securely, via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express.


International orders

At the moment there is no delivery to the EU. This is temporary and is to allow time to implement new procedures that now need to be followed after Brexit. 

Lampshades do ship to other international destinations and shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and order. All international orders are sent using a tracked service.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Ceau Store does not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, I recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.


Returns

Each Ceau Store lampshade is handmade to order in our London studio to your requirements, we are therefore unable to accept returns on lampshades

In the unlikely event that there is any fault or damage to your lampshade in transit please email ceaustore@gmail.com to let us know and we will be in touch to rectify the issue.
